Posting an AG Klint Cleaver 193x94 Birch Burl Handle made in 80CrV2 carbon steel weighing 335 grams.
Here are some images including a choil shot:
It has only been used a handful of times and is still in near mint condition with the original edge. This is a beautiful knife with a great edge and even better food release. With a quick sharpening session, this can easily become a true slicing machine.
The only reason I am selling is that it is a bit too tall/long for my liking when it comes to cleavers. As a fan of Aidan's work, I hope to pass this down to someone who appreciates his work as much as I do.
I purchased this cleaver for $377 (and change, it was a conversion from SEK), excluding shipping, so I am asking for $320. I will include FedEx shipping, fully insured and signature required, free of charge within the US. I accept PayPal G&S only.
