SOLD AG Klint S Grind Gyuto

This one is a beauty. AG Klint is a blacksmith from Sweden. Blade is 80CrV2 hand forged with some scaling left near the spine. Pear wood handle with brass bolster made from reclaimed cymbals the blacksmith used when he as a drummer.

S Grind really aids in food release. See videos below.

Pics and video of when new (lighter color handle is the one listed here for sale). Looks pretty much the same today as I've only cut some potatoes and cucumbers for content.
