I have run into these knives occasionally online and wonder about them. How do these rate in terms of fit and finish and overall performance, or put another way how do they compare more widely recognized brands and lines?
The specs I have seen suggest they are a heavy chopper in Gyuto form but, online measurements can be misleading.
