Hi everyone,

I'm Jim from NE Alberta Canada. My journey to this point has been a bit of a slow burn. Bought a couple of King stones from Lee Valley 12 years ago and they sat on a shelf. In the mean time acquired a Masakagi gyuto and a Wustof 8" chef's knife. Attended Knifewear's sharpening class in the fall and started my journey down the rabbit hole. I appreciate all the great information being shared on the forum!
