Hey folks, selling a great knife because I have two. Ashi Ginga 240mm, extra height (at 230x52mm). Love these knives for everyday use and prep without worrying about carbon steel.
I am original owner, sharpened once from 1k-3k, Ho and Horn octo handle. No thinning needed (see choil). Purchased from Carbon Knife Co, and includes saya I bought for it.

Those are some great dimensions for a home user. I'm not much of a fan of outright lasers but very tempted at that price!
