Hello everyone selling one of the all time greats to make room for other knives. It was a bit thick for my liking when i acquired it so i thinned and refinished it on stones. It has not been used since it has been refinished and sharpened. It performs very well and if you haven't tried a 270 Gyuto or an Ashi I'd say this is an excellent knife to try with. The choil and the spine are eased for comfort. The knife weighs 182g.

I am based in Germany but willing to ship globally, we can split the shipping. It comes with the original box but no saya.

Can't go wrong with an Ashi; excellent polish job on top of that. GLWS!

Wish this was shorter! Would totally take the place of my 200mm stainless.
 
FWIW a 270 ginga wa-gyuto is very close to a Masamoto KS in size, profile, weight and feel. But for a lot less money.
