Hi,

Selling this nimble little knife.

Not much to say. Ashi Hamono knives are well liked all around. Pretty good knife whether as a longer petty or smaller gyuto.

Quick question, when it says swedish stainless, does it refer to AEB-L?
If yes, is it always the case? (as in not only for ashi but like for misono too?)

Don’t think Swedish Stainless is a universal term.

But I do think/the general consensus is that Ashi uses AEBL for their stainless.
