Have 2 blades here both asp-2053. For those that dont know. Its similar to a cpm 10v type steel. In my experience with it so far. It actually sharpens better than k390, and 10v. Deburrs very well. It needs diamond to sharpen.
Honesuki: 150mmx46.3mm
Symmetrical grind, wide bevel.
Spine: 4.15 at handle
3.53 half way
1.2 10mm before tip.
Around 67-67.5 hrc
Bronze and vintage brown paper micarta handle.
Handle heavy balance (imo best for knives like these.)
The handle has a little crack in the material. Thats something i have seen often in vintage paper micarta. It has no effect on the actual integrity. Its just visible. The material also has age fade, where you can see shifts in the color from the micarta oxidizing. Which is why i like vintage micarta so much. And this is pretty rare. But if you look closely you can see the layers in the paper. Normally for paper micarta it tends to blend together.
Asking price $660 shipped within the us, with fees covered. Outside the us shipping will be extra.
