I wanted to say hello.
I cook for my family couple of times a week. I have recently discovered a desire to keep my knives sharp. Replaced some old bladesand kickstarted collection starting from Yaxell Mon Gyuto, Masamoto KS and Mizu Honyaki Yannagiba. Also recently got some stones and my first jnats. Great to become part of this community.
