Assistance needed in knife maker and steel

I'm looking at trading some knives and wanted to know what maker/ steel this particular knife is. Any assistance would be great!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but looks like a Toyama, not sure if it's ironclad or stainless, but should be blue 2 core. Man I kinda want this one, if you wanna sell it let me know lol. Cool knife

Yeah its Toyama. I think the noborikoi 昇鯉 means it came from JNS

Thank you, I was thinking this was the maker, just wanted to verify. I bought these years ago and don't remember what I paid. But let's see how they are received when I post a WTT. If I ever sale I'll let you know, thanks!
