Baratza Encore - Repair in Portland, OR

I bought sister an Encore about 10 years ago, she tells me it's stopped working. Can anyone recommend a coffee shop (or other small appliance) repair shop in/near Portland?

Going straight to Baratza if no joy here.

My Encore motor failed after seven or eight years of ownership, but Baratza sent me a new one free of charge. It wasn't terribly difficult to remove the old motor and swap in the new one. I'd reach out to Baratza and see what they say.

Baratza is really great about offering parts, and clear instructions for making home repairs. It's some of the best support I've seen for anything.

Thanks, that's been my experience as well.

Sister is across the country and has little mechanical aptitude - great CNP though.

Was able to talk her thru this one but would still like to know about good coffee shops in Portland - both for beans and for service.

I've never had experience with them, no affiliation, but Clive Coffee is out in Portland, OR and they have a good reputation.
