I really enjoy polishing but rarely have the time nor patience nor skill to flatten bevels and work out scratches stone by stone. I also have not found much success with uchi finger stones and have felt that king 1000 mud with a fine sanding sponge have done the best for me. That being said - I’m hoping to get a little more contrast and polish on core steel than I’ve been getting.

Are there any other muds, whether from synthetic or natural stones that you would suggest?
