Selling this beautiful knife bc I have a knife from Jonas that I use as a daily driver, but wanted to try this one out (it’s so pretty!). Used for a couple of meal preps (mostly onions and cutting protein), so it has patina (which I’m happy to remove on request). Moves smoothly through food and has great release with a fine taper to the point.
