This is brand new wrought iron clad Apex Ultra Gyuto from Birch & Bevel by Jonas/Isasmedjan. It's a beauty, however I just got the integral I've been eyeing since the Damasteel Invitational and I have 3 more knives coming from Jonas. Knife is 255mm x 57.4mm and checks in at 205g. Asking $550.00 CONUS.
