Another one: I am very reluctant to let this go, but I heard we aren't doing sob stories any more: Birgersson Blades big nakiri.

This one is unused. I got it from BB as a combo package and I am only keeping the gyuto I got. My gyuto from him is a contender for best cutter I own, and I have no doubt this nakiri will perform just as well. It's insanely thin behind the edge, feels substantial in hand without being too heavy.

- 200 x 70mm
- Warikomi construction with reactive cladding
- Bocote handle
