    Hi guys -

I'm looking for a 270mm suji that matches the following:

    - Western handle
    - Stiff (little to no flex)
    - Easy to sharpen
    - Good fit and finish

Either carbon or stainless is fine, as long as it's relatively easy to sharpen. I was curious about the Blazen, seems to match my requirements. Do you guys have any experience with it? Any other suggestions?

    Thank's

In a very different league, I found the carbon Fujiwara FKH 270 suji quite stiff. F&F have improved a lot these last years, and the last FKH's I've seen didn't show the extreme reactiveness I was used to.
