Cladding: Mild Steel
Thickness 2.6>1.9mm
Weight 261 grams

$350 Conus
Sold! Marko Tsourkan 180mm gyuto in A2 - $340 Conus
Love everything about this knife - profile, grind, steel (great edge retention yet easy to sharpen, not too reactive). The choil shot tells a lot. A previous owner lost ~2mm at the tip. but ground it at the spine to fix it. Besides that, only stropped on Jnats. Used it mostly on fruit and a few onions.
Not the best pictures (bought on bst) SOLD - Tsourkan & M. Hinoura
154g
174mm edge length
44mm heel height
It was used just once by previous owner to cut a lime. It is otherwise like new with a very small mark from the cut.
