I am selling a new and unused Sujihiki by Evan. I got the knife 4-5 months ago and realised I don't need another Suji.

The knife is brand new. It has a very dominant Hamon and is mirror polished. The balance feels great in hand

yeah I wanted to use this at home but realised that I really don't need more than 1-2 slicers

Agree with Corradobrit, the F&F and also the polishing of the Hamon are splendid.
