Was waiting for this one to come in stock for awhile, but when I finally got it - I had just bought a couple other Gyutos I really liked.

Hoping to let this one go to somebody who will use it instead of the drawer queen she would be here.

Brand new in box - will come to you like it comes from Chef's Edge, lacquer still on the blade, not used at all. I just got it in the latest drop, paid $623 for it, looking to get $600 shipped CONUS.

Wow, tall and if I’m looking at that choil shot, NOT scary thin edge(?). That’s very interesting. This is going to go fast. If I didn’t just snatch a tall Tanaka this morning, I’ll be all over this. GLWS!
