Difficult decision but i've decided to put up my BNIB Kato Morihei KU Gyuto 240mm up for sale. I believe these are no longer being made by Kato-san but i could be incorrect.

Price: $2150 USD + $100 USD Expedited Shipping via Speedpost Express (International) by Singapore Post (There's also a more economical shipping method via Singpost which is $30 USD but doesn't offer last mile tracking and could take up to 3+ weeks for arrival)

After having one BNIB for 5 years I decided to use it last month. What a super cutter and was kicking myself for making it a drawer queen. I would put the performance above his Migaki. These blades need to be used. GLWS
