I would like to sell my David Lisch 230 integral gyuto. This was an impulse buy because I never expected to be able to find one from the man himself but I was able to score one. With that said, I can't justify keeping it because of the price and partly because it almost feels too nice to put to work so Im going to let this go to someone who will give it a better home.

15n20/1084 damascus: tribal pattern with ocean wave edge wrap
Handle: Buckeye burl, silicone, g10 bronze spacer

Mareko’s damascus is freaking amazing but David’s integral bolster has to be one of the best in the biz. Don’t think of this as a consolation prize but an opportunity to own a masterpiece
