Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good book or article regarding Japanese knives, how to make and a book of the different knifemakers per region?

Thanks

There is 包丁と砥石 houchou to toishi by shibata books, explaining the making of both knives and whetstones focusing on Kyoto and Sakai. It’s in Japanese but it’s basically a picture book and the pictures are really good. It’s also not that expensive around 20 dollars.
