This is contained within the existing BST Guidelines but is being overlooked a lot recently.
To reiterate:
PayPal's rules of use specifically prohibit the seller asking for a buyer to cover PP fees AND also prohibit requesting F/F payments to avoid those fees.
BST ads will comply with PP Rules or be taken down.
Any agreement negotiated between the buyer and seller via pm is between them and KKF has no interest in it.
Buyers should be aware that F/F payments afford them no protection from PP should a transaction be unsatisfactory.
