Buying silver bars online?

Ok so does anyone buy silver online? I want to buy a 10 oz silver bar as a present for someone. I don’t really know much about it in general. Good place to buy? Any advice? The person in question loves coins silver etc. thanks for any advice. Ryan

Bullion is safe to buy in Europe, not sure if there is the same for the US if that is the case. In Dublin I use to buy on a local business and surely there is more where it is safe to buy.

I would buy coins instead of bars as they are more tradable which adds some value to it comparing with bars.
