Does anyone know of any high end sugar or chocolate artists in NYC that make cakes.....you know,,,pulled sugar, chocolate sculptures etc.....Ryan

Ron Ben Israel is the only one I can think off. I know one here in Charlotte, and about 3 in Chicago, 1 in Louisiana, 1 in Pebble Beach but none in NYC sorry.
