Hi KKF,

Selling a well loved Catcheside today. It came a to me a little thick behind the edge so I gave it a light thinning and raised the bevels just slightly. Made a huge performance difference and it’ll silently go through carrots now and has the bonus of a little extra weight at 233g.

It did pick up a few marks on the top half of the blade from the stones when thinning. Took some extra photos there so you can see what I’m talking about.

Kasumi has a really interesting depth to it when polished. Matte finish with little flecks. Tried to capture on camera, but it’s been a minute since the polish was fresh.

Asking $450 $425 $400 $375 with its beauty marks included :)

Specs
L: 242
H: 53
W: 233g

When I sold mine, Will said its is mild steel clad 1.2442. Look to be very similar. They burr up so nicely.

Surprised this is still around. IMO his older stuff was better for me. Great feel to it, WH vibe with great cutting potential. And only for $400.....

Let's break that $400 barrier and go one more drop to $375! Low reactivity, great cutter, with enough heft to make it happen when you need it.

Any lower and I'm pretty sure Will would send that speedy dog of his after me for impacting his brand pricing power in the market :).
P.S. - I'm not fast and won't make it very far...
