I bought this from Will this summer. Sharpened lightly one time. Used 4 times family meal prep. I paid it 653$ and I would like to get 630$. If Catchesides work isn't familiar, it has this crazy forging. Behind the edge is convex and after that concave and ending with little convex just before spine. I guess you could call it S-grind but not as aggressive as Kamon. So the choilshot doesn't tell you the whole thruth. Great performer.

I got this from Ben last march. Sharpened couple of times, no thinning. I ordered this from Ben with two handle. The plain oak handle with g10 end caps is a bit lighter and Ben said that it affects about 1-1,5 cm to the balance point(I havent tried it). I paid it 850$ and looking for trade +- cash only with Kamon.
Let me know what you got and what you are willing to trade. Iooking mainly gyutos edge lenght 225-250ish and heel height 51-56ish. I am in EU.
