Originally purchased from @Dan E . I believe this was a part of a custom set he had. Knife is unused beyond a few test cuts

This is a very interesting knife. I got it as I was wanting to try a few low bevels. For a knife of this length, it is incredibly light and balanced nicely at the maker's mark. Haven’t had the heart to sell this because the finish on it is just very captivating. The blade is merely a drawer queen as I’m not a huge fan of low bevels.

This is for the long gyuto lovers and those that enjoy will’s asymmetrical grind. Note, there is an overgrind at the heel on the right side which makes the choil shot very deceptive.

The blade has a flat profile. Something to keep in mind when considering this knife

Edge length: 274mm
Height at heel: 49.2 mm
spine thickness at heel: 7.8 mm
Mid: 2.2 mm
2cm from tip: 0.9mm
Weight: 222 gms
Steel: C130 core iron clad
Handle: Dual cocobolo with a mysterious cap :p

I cant remember the exact number but I paid shy of $900. I am willing to let this one go for $750 shipped CONUS

Ask me for more pics and videos as needed!

Bumping this one up!

I know with western knives, every piece is unique and can be hard to judge based on just pictures, so if anyone is on the edge with this one, im happy to provide cutting videos.

Also, I hate the idea of having such nice pieces as drawer queens, so the listing price is open for discussion if you're really wanting to try this one!
