Looking to sale this nice and nimble catcheside I picked up over the holidays. Picked it up here Withdrawn - Catcheside 218mm Gyuto
Touched up once on Morihei 4K. Took a few quick pics but I recommend checking out the original post as his pics are nicer.
Purchased for $500 would like to get $450 for shipped (domestic US).
Solid knife and perhaps thinner and lighter than what I personally notice Will cranking out. It’s the usual “I got customs coming up I need to fund” excuse.

Was asked if the knife was asymmetric. I didn’t detect any, seems suitable for righty’s and lefties.

Sometimes in handmade knives the choil shot can be slightly deceiving as to the full geometry of knives....

at least from looking at the side of the heels it sort of looks like one side is a bit higher right at the heel vs other and the bevels look symmetrical... would not conclude that its asymmetric.
