Hey Guys! Letting this one go. I’m trying to rid my collection of all western makers, and this one falls under that umbrella :)

It’s a phenomenal blade with a great taper, and Williams forged geometry. Pretty much perfect. I used it once to cut an onion, but that’s it.

Asking: $900 $800 $700 $550 shipped CONUS. Much less than what I paid for it.

Glad to hear it! Completely different, but impressive in its own right. Being its Williams forged geometry, the knife has stellar food release.

This one is going to be much more nimble, and a bit less forward weighted. It won’t compete as a pure veggie chopping machine, but will feel far more precise in hand.

The Karys you got was so tall throughout that it may as well have been a nakiri pretending to be a gyuto. 😂
