Charles Paris 13” Nogent

Picked up this Charles Paris Nogent. Plenty of life left on this one. 13 inch blade length, with a 3” belly. Traditional nogent style. The handle appears to be stained beech since it didn’t darken like ebony usually does when I soak the handle in mineral oil. Has a nice taper, so it’s surprisingly light compared to my other 12”-14” lobster splitter type knives.
