Cheap Knife - 1st "customer"

No I totally know/understood that before. The lack of any info made that clear for me a long time ago.
I couldn't find any steel info on the ViVo knife, which i do like to know.

When i saw the Paderno I was hopefull that some kind of info was available about this type of 'template' knife. Maybe there are more brands which use this oem knife type and maybe one of this brands (or publishers with their own stamp) do tell something about the steel...

If there are people around who might know, It is this place

ViVo is Villery & Bosch, no idea if this is a brand that is also know outside of Holland.

Villeroy & Boch do a great job with crockery, our main plates are from them, a wedding present from 25 years ago.
