Hi what's up?
Pretty happy with my sharpening skills but have to admit i suck at polishing.

So
I'm in the market for the "cheapest" possible option for a san mai to practice polishing with stones

I'm looking for probably a KU with a bit of curve (since that is the hard part), so no nakiri, wide but not too wide bevels and probably something still usable in the kitchen with a correct HT...
What would be your pick?

I’ve got one or two that I used for same purpose. If you PM your address, I’ll send them to you on this condition: whatever they’re worth to you, deposit the $$ in a Salvation Army bucket and I’ll claim the IRS tax deduction.
