I’m now testing the waters for a cheap slicer, wa handled, preferably a sujihiki I suppose. I’m totally open to used, and am totally fine with repairing or repolishing as I will be using in a professional setting. No handle is fine as well. I think a sakai 270mm suji would be perfect (though admittedly a lot of those makers probably won’t qualify with my budget).
I know “cheap” is a relative term, but for now let’s say $250 or less.
