Hey all just checking in,
I'm a home cook and have been enjoying Japanese steels for a few years. I'm based in the UK in London. Figured I'd join this awesome community.
Here's my lineup:
- Yaxell Ran Vg10
- Unidentified Nakiri a friend bought from a shop called kamata in Japan. Feel free to ID if you can! I've included a close up of the kanji.
- Japanese bread knife Stainless 300mm.
- Nishida 210mm Gyuto white #1.
- Takamura 210mm Gyuto R2.
- Moritaka 185mm Santoku AS.
Beaters:
- Victorinox bread knife
- Victorinox fibrox chef knife
- Victorinox boning knife
- ProCook nihon Nakiri
Cutting board:
- Rhino board maple and walnut.
