Hello edgelords and edgeladies.
I am in the process of slowly moving away from the kitchen and into the sharpening world. I get to sharpen mostly japanese kitchen knives, and I can barely refrain from buying all the stones. Eventually I would also like to produce my own natural stones from local quarries.
If anyone can recommend any sharpening/cooking/gearhead/edc podcast or audiobook for the 1hr commute, it would be greatly appreciated.
