Chili pepper season

I wanna buy a **** ton of these, what should I do with them?

Suggestions pls!

Hot sauce. Fermented and not.

I would dry some and use some of the hot ones to spice up olive oil. But therefore i would only use already dried chilies.

Well, i'm still alive and never had any issues, apart that it "burned twice" after consumption.
I did it a few times and used it over the course of months.
But better doublecheck if in doubt.
