Thanks for letting us know, I didn't know about that one! A while ago they did a picture of my personal gyuto (they wanted something to take a picture of quickly and it's all we had to send at that moment) with a piece of roast chicken and I bet that's the pic they used. The knife is a 250mm D-handle flat-profile gyuto with blackwood, brass, and figured walnut- is that the same as the one you saw? It was a nice picture in the magazine and then again they used it online with a recipe. There wasn't a blurb about it or anything, just the pic.
