Like-new! 240mm Kawachi White #2 with Burnt Chestnut, an upgrade handle over the previous. Paid $500USD ish which included the Burnt Chestnut from JNS (JapaneseNaturalStones). I have used it once, on potatoes and somehow potatoes left patina on left side of the blade heh. I have bought 2 previously and sold one. Now I am selling this second one. Mind you, this knife is rather long over 240mm, I'd say around 245-248mm long. I would like to sell for $400 PayPal and Ship included.

SOLD !Used! 240mm Konosuke HD2, I believe I got this from CKTG (ChefKnivesToGo) for $380USD. I have used this occasionally, never sharpen till recently to give it a fresh edge before selling. The knife itself looks basically brand new, I have taken utmost care of it. Only micro scratches which isn't easily visible, no patinas as of yet and you can definitely see bandings if you look hard enough under the lights  (Just had noticed this when taking pics). A very special knife that I believe is still popular to this day, someone will enjoy this. I am looking to sell for $300USD PayPal and Ship included.

What’s the weight of that Kawachi? And does it have that cigarette smell that Maksim‘s handles are so famous for?
Funny that you mention this! No, not this time, just the box it came in with haha! It's pretty light, less than 230g (estimately). I don't have a scale, I should invest in one. But I can definitely compare it with my Yanick 255mm which hits 248g.

After seeing some comparison vs other site on Kyuzo, I am gonna be fair to lower the price to $460.
