Looking to add another piece of copper cookware. Hoping to add a 26cm or 28cm tin-lined copper frying pan (prefer 26 but 28 is good too). looking for a minimum of 2mm thick but really want 2.5 - 2.7mm thickness. I dont mind a pan that needs re-tinning if priced accordingly.
also willing to trade a knife toward the pan +/- if interested.
