I steamed crab tonight for dinner. Invited my neighbor over. She is 91 - and totally cool. I stared at the crab tomalley and hatched a plan. I scooped it out into beaten eggs, and made a fried rice. I added rehydrated dried scallops to up the seafoodness. whoa! I’ll try to show a pic of the leftover bowl tomorrow, bit it was delicious. Rich and smelled like the ocean. Even my neighbor was like, “what is that flavor?” It was delicious! Anyone else doing anything with the crab fat?
