Long shot, but I somehow lost this when I moved a couple of years ago. I can’t find the replacement online, so maybe someone has one for some odd reason. Model FP-12DC, similar to below.

Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s actually “in stock.” I’ve placed two orders and the part never came and my card was never charged. After calling, they said it’ll be maybe another 30 days. 90 days later nothing. I suspect some of these sites collect orders and then contract production of a batch only once they reach a threshold.
