A bit more about my interest in knives.
I recently got into Japanese knives and am starting a small collection.
I currently own a set of Henckels 1731, some Yu Kurosaki, Makoto Kurosaki, Hideo Kitaoka, Shun and Miyabi Birchwoods.
I look forward to learning more and adding to my collection as I come across pieces that I like.
