Custom handles in europe?

I'm looking to get some rehandles done. I would prefer to buy a finished handle and get someone here to mount it. Alternatively I could buy a piece of wood and ship it to the guy who mounts it.

Im looking for a monowood amboyna burl handle. Any idea were to look in Europe? The ones I can find are too short for monowood handle.

Can you let me know what is monowood amboyna burl. I make customized wa, D, Oval handle from natural wood and horn at mortise and tenon construction . Attached are some pic. Hope you like them
