And since it’s a knife forum, a little Sandvik saw for the Swedish steel junkies out there. I’m undecided if it’s a model 271 or 273 based on this brochure I found - I may need to get some rust off, although the brochure refers to plastic handles, so perhaps I need to keep digging.

edit: it’s a 271, I was just blind 🙈

I think the cat's out of the bag by now, so....

The goal was a board that count serve as a photography backdrop of necessary, with light and dark patches to allow both dark handle and light blade to be seen.

Twin Novas, expanding into each other.
