That’s a handsome combinationI bought a beautiful Peruvian walnut handle from @MSicardCutlery for my Hitohira Tanaka Yohei gyuto, and I finally attached it earlier this week. The knife came with a really heavy ebony and horn handle that put the balance point behind the heel, but with the walnut handle, the knife balances right at my pinch grip.
