Had one of these and it was about the only petty I’ve ever really liked that was under 180mm. Great pickup and I would have kept it if it was double blonde like yours

I believe grinds are kinda compromises; ~simplified: performance vs. food release.
This is definitely one of the best compromises I have used and also makes for a great slicer.

Good luck my friend. You can consider vacuum packing em, so just in case they do run into unwanted moisture, the bag will keep em dry
