What's the balance like on these harpoon knives?
I'd say Milan on dense produce like carrots, but the feel of Kamon on peppers or zucchinis is incredible too. It's hard to tell the two apart!

Crazy how both handles give you identical balance. That's so awesome
which handle do you prefer? I haven't tried his western shape yet but looks incredible with that blade 
I'd have a hard time choosing! The rokkaku honmaru is slightly lighter (10g less), which makes the knife perhaps slightly easier to handle, but the aesthetics of the western handle are incomparable...
