I'm Jonas, 30 years old and from Denmark.

I've always had (relatively to people in this community) cheap knives. However, now I want something that's sharp and fits my needs better. Something that I can enjoy using rather than just use. I've been reading in here for about a week trying to decide my needs and I thought it was time to post a thread in this introduction section.
