First up Delbert Ealy SOLD 7-3/4" acid etched AEB-L.
I picked this up off of Home Butcher about a month ago. When I got ot the fit and finish was a bit wonky. The handle glue up had some gaps and the profile wasn't flat on the board. I sent it back to Delbert for a full spa treatment. In the mean time I picked up a hhh aeb-l off this site so I want to sell this one. It has never touched food and is in much better condition than new.
Asking $300.00 shipped free in the US

The second is a local maker Tim Brown. He grew up in Hillsboro with Murray Carter and has been training with Alex Horn and Jamison Chopp at their shop. This is 1095 hand forged at 62hrc and an absolute laser. 7.5"

The handle is a gorgeous afzaelia burl with g-carta and bone spacers. Very well rounded choil and spine. Only one light sharpening and always oiled so hardly any patina. I really love this knife but I want to work with him on some San Mai or Damascus so I need the money.
$400.00 shipped free in the US.
If someone wants both I will do $650.00
